Our server does not cache the files, the browser may do but usually a full refresh (ctrl + F5) will fix that issue. The option resume report should be disabled for familytrees.genopro.com since the unchanged files are always skipped; this option is useful for FTP publishing. Also it is clearly written that with this option only new files will be uploaded.
I suggest you publish again, on the same directory, without the option Resume Report and let us know if you still have file(s) outdated. If there is a bug in the publishing process I will be happy to fix it with your help.

This problem has already been risen twice or three times before. And people decided that it concerns genopro site caching... And ticking "resume report" doesn't do its work.

Vickie This can sometimes be an effect of Microsoft trying to be helpful and keeping a copy of the original report in cache so although you think you have downloaded the new report you are still looking at the first one. Try clearing the cache to see if that is the problem.
In Firefox this is under Tools where there is an option to Clear Private Data. This allows you to only clear the cache.
In Internet Explorer I think you use Tools and then go to Options. This has a tab to clear Browsing History, which I think has the same effect but appears to be more drastic. Hopefully an IE user can advise what to do here. A Firefox user would say abandon Iexplorer.

Apologies, I didn't ask the question right. After updating the file, I did generate the report with also having ticked resume report so I didn't need to do the whole thing again. But after generating the report it shows up at my end that I have updated it to the web but nothing new changes when the site shows up.

because whenever you update your .gno file, you have to re-publish yourself your report to your web site for the new modifs/additions to be shown. Genopro doesn't do it automatically.JC

why is that when I update my genopro file, it shows at my end that everything is updated and more info added but on the web site it is still the old report? Vickie
