Create father, mother, child & then marriage. Select child and link to new family line and then change the link to Adopted

How do I show that only one person has adopted a child? Because as an example

Person A and Person B had Child Z out of wedlock

Person A marries Person C and Person C adopts Child Z and she takes on his last name. But when I try and do this it shows that her biological mother and biological father adopted her and she has no biological links??

Can anyone help?
