do they need the genopro software??

If you put the word staples into the Search on this site you will find suggestions. pdf should be the answer but check which paper sizes are available and then use a pdf printer and set Genopro to use this size. Best to preview as well

You may print directly to Staples from your home.  All you need is to install a small print driver and send the print job via the Internet to Staples.
