In the English Narrative Report Skin I have edited the Config.xml item to read fCollapseNotes="N"

But the generated report has the Notes Collapsed.
Have I missed something?

Having all notes visible is my preference so that my aged (like me) relatives do not have to "Display All Notes" on every page.
