| Family who wish to access the tree using Netscape have reported they cannot use the SVG features in Netscape or Safari (MAC) and Firefox--even after going to Adobe's site and downloading the plugin. Only consistently seems to work using Internet Explorer. I'm not too terribly tecc-saavy, but any help/advice would be appreciated. For the time being, I have informed users on my introductory web page that leads to the family trees that explorer works best until I can come up with a fix.

Have not used Netscape but FireFox should work. Make sure it is the later version 1.5 (or later) At one time an upgrade of the earlier versions did not pick up 1.5
I have found the the plug-in that you have to use for IE works much better than the native viewer of FireFox 1.5, so although I try to avoid using it where possible, this is probably the best bet anyway

I've tried with Netscape... There is an issue (caused by Netscape itself) that it won't load an SVG plug-in from Adobe's pages... I reported it to them as a bug, but haven't received any replies yet!
