'No data' error in SVG viewer

I have asked our local public library to instal the SVG viewer so people can see GenoPro reports. They have disabled many features on the network so it is not possible to see which version is now installed.

The problem is that when you click on the svg links the window opens and then produces a message 'no data'

Does any one have any suggestions as to what is happening? I suspect this could be the svg/svgz problem again but thought the standard installation of the viewer into IE should work. (I do not even know which version of IE they are using)

I am asking for hints that I can pass on to the Library IT staff
