Hey guys im sorry if this is the wrong forum for this but i really need
help
i cant restart my computer or use spyware
doctor
, or internet explorer or netset
for them all i get a
error
that reads
can't
find
script engine "
VBScript
"
I began gettin errors after trying to
install
Internet Explorer 7...
something went wrong and nothing worked i had to find a .dll and replace it from a temp folder it installed to.
I cant register VBScript.dll altho i can register the java.dll thing... any help will be aprishiated!
P.S: I cant seem to find my windows disk

If you are using XP then try starting and press the f8 key during the start process. This should take you to a plain screen with
options
. One of these should be to use an earlier version. However if you have tried starting you may have over-written the previous working version. There may be a Safe Mode Option which may help.
If you are not using XP, this could be your problem as I think IExplorer 7 is not for these ealier operating systems - although I am not absolutely sure

Have you seen post
Can't find script engine VBScript
. I think the problem is deeper than this, but that may give some hints. Maybe file
VBScript.DLL
is missing on your machine...

Yes I have looked into that topic the only thing i havent tried is the things that require a windows cd and i have the .dll file... and for the other suggestion my computer is ghosted so i dunno if that will work when I boot in safe mode I use msconfig and set it to automaticly put me in safe mode..
