I experienced something similar when I uploaded my report and opened it with Firefox. I then tried it with IE (since Opera didn't display any svgs no matter how hard I tried), and they were fine. My guess would be that it had to do with Firefox in some way...

Is this a new phenomenon, e.g. since beta 18 or has it always been this way? It is extremely difficult to diagnose the cause of such problems without access to the .gno or .xml datafile. If you could send me a copy via the 'Private Message' facility of this forum then I will look into it.

The erroneous line and 'X' on the SVG image is due to the way VBScript handles number formats. It generally follows the setting of Windows 'locale' and so will use comma as a decimal point instead of a full stop if this is what the 'locale' indicates. Unfortunately SVG insists on having a full stop as a decimal point. I have a work-around for this that will be available shortly. In the meantime you can allows 'customize' you Windows Locale setting in the Control Panel to force a full stop as a decimal point before loading GenoPro and generating a report.

GenoPro can supply a routine to format decimal numbers with a dot (.) as the decimal point.

Ther is no need. I just need to call SetLocale within genomap.svg to a locale with full stop as decimal point and then I can use the VBScript function 'Cstr'. It's a pity just calling SetLocale isn't enough. VBScript still seems to use the Windows locale when carrying out variable type conversion on arguments to an external function call e.g. 'Report.WriteFormattedLn', hence the need to use Cstr.

I can force the decimal point in within GenoPro by supplying a neutral language to VariantChangeTypeEx().
