when you are creating a new skin (by pressing the button "New Skin" when generating a report), GenoPro creates a folder with all the files which are rquiered. In this folder you will find also the file: dictionary.xml

Thanks, when clicking New Skin the sytem tells me to create a sibling copy of the English Skin. So I create a new folder and call it XYZ language Folder and then I copy all the files from the English Skin to the new Folder. Still no dictionary.xml, but there is a lang.vbs vb script in subfolder code. Is this the dictionary xml file??

English Skin to the new Folder

You need to be using the "English Narrative Report"

You went a step too far. Once you have created a new skin, this folder is called "Custom English Narrative Report" with all files and two subfolders(code and images) in it. No need to copy files from anywhere! The original "English Narrative Report" files are hidden and cannot be seen in your Explorer(and therefore not be modified).
You then open config.xml from this new folder and change Line 3 to let`s say "My skin", the language code like to EN, CN or PL and set all the other option you think are necessary. Then you open dictionary.xml also from this folder. Tou may also change the name of the folder to your liking. To change the first page, you have to look into home.htm.
Next time a new Beta comes, recreate the new "Custom English Narrative Report" and modify your "My Skin" files according to the latest modifications.
