names unknown in report

As previously, living persons excluded by the privacy filter will have their names reported as <Unknown> unless the 'Keep Names' box is ticked.

I think every download of a new update version resets the Privacy filter to the default position to exclude living people, so even if a previous report showed eveyone you need to reset the filter. It then stays at that position until a new update
