This error is when your connection got lost.  For details, see post picture don't upload properly.

Thanks for explaining that error message. It has happened three times Today on that same file, twice on my home connection , once with wireless connection, once without, and once on my work connection using wireless. Seems odd Anyway, it has had no effect on the uploads.

error is when your connection got lost

If this were true then the file COULD NOT BE LOADED however it is.

I have just spent a very unpleasant 48 hours with many faults uploading my files.  The .SWF file is always uploaded, see my TEST and TEST2 and TEST3 and TEST4 and HISTORY and FAMILY files ... all of which reported an upload error on Pictures.swf yet did upload.

I have spent the last 48 hours trying to upload a new version of my reports, If you look at your logs, you can see I was very busy... yet the only way I have been able to upload was to install on a new directory and change its name. I had previousy tried two diferent computers over two different connections , removing any wireles connection that might be causing the problem.

I believe there is a bug in the report writer. I have no problem if I take two genomaps and upload them on their own, but my 15,000 pages never upload correctly.

If I am wrong I apologise. Perhaps you could take my file and attempt using it on Genopro yourself. Sorry if I seem frustrated...because I am.

We will look at this error.  I thought the error occurred only once.  Sometimes there are network errors that we have no idea why they occurs, and trying a second time does the trick.  If an error is repeatable, then we can fix it.
