Keep getting this error when we try to generate a report

Many problems in Report Generation have been caused by using a Customised Skin which was not created with the current program version. (GenoPro2007 2.0.0.3)
Can you create a report with the normal skin?
If the Customised skin was created earlier, then move it out of the skins directory and create a new one and see if you get the same error. If it works the reinsert the features you need

You error looks similar to the problem answered here http://support.genopro.com/FindPost15885.aspx. If you are not using IE5.5 or above either update it or if you prefer to use Firefox install version 5.6 of Windows Scripting.

This is a fresh install with no edits to the skins. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall without any changes.
In addition, using IE 7.... with all the latest MS updates installed.
As for the 5.6 scripting file.. I'll try that and see if it works.

Maybe a registry corruption, so reinstalling MS scripting 5.6 may help. Instead you could try regsvr32 vbscript.dll from a command prompt.

This is a fresh install with no edits to the skins. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall without any changes.GenoPro may have been uninstalled and reinstalled, but for some reason you are still using the Customized English Narrative Report - see the 3rd line of your screenshot. Try selecting 'English Narrative Report {EN}' under the skin name, and the line should then read: Opening configuration file Config.xml for skin 'English Narrative Report'... Do you still get the error message?
