Can anyone help with the message I've received from the report generator:

Error at line 93 (Code/Util.vbs) : Object required: 'Session(...)'
Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800A01A8

It was working fine two days ago - I've added a few more people since then

I've still had no answer on this - I'm using 2.0.0.4.

I have forwarded my family tree.

Sorry about this delay.  I forwarded your email to Ron to take a closer look at it.

A weird one this, had me foxed for a while but eventually tracked it down to the fact that your .gno contains Invalid XML!

Your file contains Custom Tags of the form RESI.1, RESI.1comment, RESI.2, RESI.2comment etc. However according to the XML specification an XML name cannot start with a number, only a letter or _

http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/REC-xml-20060816/#sec-common-syn

[Definition: A Name is a token beginning with a letter or one of a few punctuation characters, and continuing with letters, digits, hyphens, underscores, colons, or full stops, together known as name characters.] Names beginning with the string "xml", or with any string which would match (('X'|'x') ('M'|'m') ('L'|'l')), are reserved for standardization in this or future versions of this specification.

Note:

The Namespaces in XML Recommendation [XML Names] assigns a meaning to names containing colon characters. Therefore, authors should not use the colon in XML names except for namespace purposes, but XML processors must accept the colon as a name character.

An Nmtoken (name token) is any mixture of name characters.

Names and Tokens

[4]   NameChar   ::=   Letter | Digit | '.' | '-' | '_' | ':' | CombiningChar | Extender
[5]   Name   ::=   (Letter | '_' | ':') (NameChar)*
[6]   Names   ::=   Name (#x20 Name)*
[7]   Nmtoken   ::=   (NameChar)+
[8]   Nmtokens   ::=   Nmtoken (#x20 Nmtoken)*

I suggest you use the GenoPro Tag Editor and rename all Custom Tags starting with a number to have a leading "_" (underscore) character. e.g. RESI.1 renamed to RESI._1 & RESI.2comment renamed to RESI._2comment etc.

I recommend that GenoPro is changed to prevent such invalid XML tags from being created, but I will put a check in the skin to flag this in future.
