Since I haven't seen nor heard any news on this very important and subject and the discussion goes mostly around the Report Generator, I decided to start a new thread for translating the software into foreign languages. (There are some previous comments from me and others somewhere in threads dedicated to the Report Generator.) The reason why this is so important is that old people who are potential users and customers often don't know english so well and need the translation of the program itself - before generating any reports. And when all -uhm- enumerations have been decided in the program itself, it will also become easier to work on translating reports.

While working on a small game project I bumped into this nice piece of software in Sourceforge, which you may find interesting and maybe even useful (though I know you're planning to use XML's) at least for an idea of a tool which could make the job A LOT easier. See: http://www.poedit.net/. This program keeps track on which dialogs are already translated and which are to be translated, which are marked "unaccurate" (maybe for others to revise), which are changed and so on. Additionally, original text and translation are visible in adjacent fields all the time.
