I'm sorry, I'm very lost.  I worked on building a genogram for hours yesterday, and now cannot find where it is?  How do I find it?

When you closed the program you would have been prompted to save the file. Start GenoPro again and on the main menu click the first item 'File'. This will open a drop down menu and your last file will be number 1
This assumes you are working on the same PC - not sure what happens on a network
