My computer crashed and I lost my installation information for Genopro. I purchased it using eannetteg@cox.net as my e-mail site. I am going to reinstall the program but can you mail me a new key? Thanks,

Dear Annette,

Just visit http://www.genopro.com/login/ and ask the server to send your key.  The other alternative is to enter your email in the registration dialog and GenoPro will send your key.
