I would like to cancel my 15 day trial and obtain an academic evaluation key.
However the Genopro program keeps identifying me by my 15 day trial key.

To get an academic key, just enter the email of your professor as the Referrer ID and GenoPro will send you an academic key.  Copy & Paste your new academic key and voilà!
