For some reason my tree won't print. When I press ok for it to go to my regular printer it doesn't do anything but close the printer box then when I tried downloading PrimoPDF and creating a PDF of that it didn't do anything either when I pressed ok. Any suggestions?

This could be an operating system/printing problem, not specific to Genopro. Try printing from another application. :Wink:

Otherwise check the printer setup under FILE....PAGE SETUP (not printer setup)
