Hello,

Up to about a month ago the age in the centre of the circle / box was being updated daily. As a birthday passed the family member's age increased by one year.

I have not made any conscious changes to the software to have caused this problem.

While I am not 'computer literate' I have a basic grasp, so please talk me through the trouble shooting in 'lay-mans' language please!!!!

Thank you,

Michael Traynor

The first check should be in the Tools¦Options menu in GenoPro. Under Genealogy Timeline is the option 'Automatically synchronize date with system clock' checked?
