We were told by our professor that we had 180 days of free access yet when I try to use the program it says that my time is up. I only started using the program in early April. I have tried to make changes but the changes aren't saved. What should I do.Thanks

I downloaded the trial version but was then notified that my professor has already received an access code. I have tried to add that access code to receive the 180 day version, but it keeps using the code as if I only had the original 14 day version. Please help. I desperately do not want to lose the progress I've already made in drafting my genogram.
Thanks,
Jenny

I have tried to add that access code to receive the 180 day version, but it keeps using the code as if I only had the original 14 day version. The academic referrer ID you entered is dupreejw which is not a valid referrer ID. Simply enter the email of your professor and it will work. You may also use the key above which is still valid for about 175 days.

I purchased a personal user license for this program while a student in a doctoral program. I did not purchase the academic version but the full version. I have changed computers and reinstalled the program on my new computer. I still have my registration key that I paid for. However, the program tells me that my registration key expired 432 days ago. I just requested that my registration key be e-mailed to me. You e-mailed the key to me, but it still reports as expired. I paid full price for the program and purchased a registration key that I understood did not expire. So what is the deal?

Your registration key does not have any expiration. Simply send the email address you purchased GenoPro and I will recover your key from our database.
