From the File menu select page setup. Here you can specify portrait/landscape by clicking in the box labeled Landscape. You can also choose the scale either by changing the Scale% number, or more usefully cahanging the number of Horizontal or Vertical pages.
To select paper size, open Print setup (from File Menu)

Grand master,

Thank you, I will try, mean while could you please look at my original Excel family tree, can I do the same for GenoPro. Instead of from top to bottom, can I start the home person from left to right etc.

Your GenoPro report can not produce a tree diagram on my PC, probably because you are using an old report skin. If you go to
http://support.genopro.com/Topic23308-60-1.aspx
you can get the latest version.
If you want the horizontal version of a diagram the Report Generator will produce a partial one. However the main point of GenoPro is that it uses the traditional tree diagram and not the horizontal version. I have always felt that this was introduced in the early days of non graphic computing where printers could only manage moving along one character or down one line. The displays have been cleaned up slightly but I find them far less satisfactory.
If you really want this display using data collected with GenoPro my suggestion is to use the Gedcom Skin of the Report Generator to produce a file containing the data and then import it into the free programs, either PAF or Legacy7. These will produce the horizontal format display
