From the fact that your author details have recognised that you are using version 2.0.1.6 of GenoPro, my guess is that you have at some stage done a backup to GenoPro's servers. If you go to http://www.genopro.com/help/backup-online/ you will find how you can view any backups you have made.

Support is always a difficult subject and can be expensive for a commercial organization - and the owners of GenoPro do have to earn a living. The advantages of a web site is that other people can try and help sort out problems. The web site also contains information showing your status at log-in. At present you are showing as a Forum Member ie you have not purchased your own Genopro license. (If you did become a Customer then you need your original log-in email address.)
This does not affect your ability to use the program but does mean you could not have put your family tree on the free (to Customers) Familytrees site, hosted by GenoPro. This means we can not offer advice on how to find it, apart from suggesting you try a search engine. If you know of a name out there, particularly a slightly unusual one, then put it in quote marks and you might find something. If you were using a local network and the files were stored there you will have to check with the administrator, although the search mentioned below might work.
If you had your program and data on a local computer then the simplest way to see if it still exists is to use the Windows Search facility and search for *.gno. If you find a file then just click on it and this should load it into GenoPro - if it exists.

Hi there, I had my Family Tree up on the internet and I somehow lost the Program from my Desktop and have not accessed it in more than a year or so. Now I do not know how to start by finding it to get it off the internet.

Could someone please help me. I am really sick of this website. I wish I had just a generic email address for support.
