Author how can I add a new husband/wife/child/mother/father who were recorded before

I could not do the marriage of relatives which are recorded before. So duplicate records with different id numbers. Altghough last record id starts with ind00... , the old ones starts with i.....

Will you please advise me how can I add a new husband/wife/child/mother/father who were recorded before.

I am not sure to understand the question.  If you want to connect a branch of a family tree to another family, right click on one individual and select the menu item Link as Parent or Link as Child.  If you wish to reset the IDs, simply use the Table Layout (Ctrl+T) and erase the IDs and GenoPro will generate new ones.

If you want to add a marriage between two people who all ready exist  on screen:=
 
Select one of them
Right click and select Link as Mate
Click on spouse

You can also select one and press Ctrl+M and then click on spouse
