I am confused....if this is in the instructions, I must have missed it. When entering a family...do I put the woman's maiden name or current name (wether it be the married name of a second marriage or the current marriage) Also, when entering children, do i ut their birth last names or their current married names.

Or, have i sstarted this all worng?? I started with my parents to "add" a family. Then my grandparents and so on.

Hi,

For as a basic tutorial you can read this page, there is link on the left to many other pages.

As for name, I would recommend always using the family name at birth. You can use the second last name for the current last name if wanted.

If the name sound to weird you can change the Display name to show the second family but the original name must be entered for sure!
