I have taken this from
this site
, but there are other references online with the same advice.
Error 12057
This error occurs if there is a server certificate revocation problem. To resolve this issue follow the directions at
http://www.genopro.com/ssl/
Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security section.
Uncheck the Check for server certificate revocation box.
Click on the OK button.
Close all Internet Explorer browsers before retrying.

Thanks.
GenoPro 2011
uses HTTPS (HTTP Secure) all the time. This is because many APIs (such as uploading a
backup
,
sending a file
to another user,
uploading a file
, fetching a file or a backup,
publishing online
) require a password. We want to protect the privacy of our users and we prefer to use encryption.
Of course encryption may cause some problems on some machines.
Should GenoPro offers an
option
to use HTTP instead of HTTPS?
We added a more descriptive message and some
documentation
at
http://www.genopro.com/ssl/
