Hi

When doing a family tree, I was trying to look for pregnancy and adopted child but could not find them anywhere.  Please advise I could do so.

There is space to record pregnancy length (for premature birth) on the birth menu. If you really want to add an unborn child to a family tree you could add a child and in the properties menu set Gender to 'Don't Know', even if you think you do.
Adopted children are set in the vertical pedigree line. Right click this and select 'Link as Adopted Child'
