Does your teacher get genograms from other people or is this the first. Could be the receiving not the sending is the problem.
Assuming your teacher can open a .gno file try testing the process to send the file to your own email address from the GenoPro send menu.
Another option is to save the file and email it as an attachment. If you can send the file to yourself then the problem could be spam filters along the way.

hi,
My teacher has received them before.
I already tried by saving it and attaching it and he said he still can't open it.
When I generated the report I tried saving it as as "web page complete" "all files" every option I saw...but he cant open any file...
I dont get it....

Try these steps
1    Open GenoPro
2    File Menu (on top)
3    Click on Send.. to open the Send File  menu
4    In the box Email or Username ....  enter your own email address.
5    Click Send File button in the top right
This should produce a message
of the form
Uploading file 'Test.gno' to account 'address@IP.net'...
Upload Complete!   An email notification message has been sent to 'address@IP.net'.

Your in box should soon contain a message with links to your report.

If this works then try a send to your teacher (but test the file you sent to yourself)

According to our records, all the files you sent were successfully delivered to the inbox of the recipients.  The Send dialog (http://www.genopro.com/help/send-file/) displays an error message only if an error occurs sending the file.

Your teacher needs to install GenoPro to open the .gno file received.  This is the same as emailing a Word Document or a PDF document to someone else.  If you receive a PDF and you do not have a PDF reader, you will be unable to view the PDF document.

Create an archive file (i.e. zip) and include in this file the folder with the pictures and the family.gno file.

If you have other pictures in the folder than necessary for your family.gno file you have to split this folder, otherwise you will send more pictures than necessary.
