I am working on a
genogram
as part of a social history. I would like to be able to
send
this to people to get feedback, as well as to eventually put in a
report
. I cannot figure out how to send it to someone. I put the email
address
in for the
person
I wanted to share it with, but they never received an email? Do they need to have bought genopro as well? It''s my product only, but I want to be able to get feedack, show the status of work, and eventually put it in a report.
Help
!

According to our records, the .gno file you sent to the recipient @earthlink.net was delivered successfully, and Jodie opened the email. Jodie needs to
install GenoPro
to be able to view the genogram, however she does not need to
purchase
anything. GenoPro is like a PDF Viewer, where anyone may open/
print
any genogram of any size without purchasing anything. You need to
purchase GenoPro
only if you wish to
create genograms
larger than 25 individuals.

If you just want to send the diagram you can export this using the File Export Metafile. This produces a diagram which should be readable by most people. An alternative is to use the
Report Generator
and use the skin Save All
Genomaps
.
If you want to send the details you can send the .gno file and if you also send GenoPro.exe (copy from Program Files) this can be used to view the genogram, but not to edit it
