How do I show that a child is adopted? The only info I can find on this forum requires me to create biological parents and make them deceased. But that is not accurate. Isn't there a way to just show the dotted/solid line?

If you double click on the link (vertical line) between the child and the family (horizontal line).

You can select "adopted child".
