That's a lot of "Parameters" ...

Also, I would suggest to use "Narrative Report Configuration Parameter Settings", because anyone can see it's in English.  No?

Heading is made up from ReportGenerator.SkinName (from Config.xml) and Config(MSgxx).xml Parameters tag.  Looks like you have changed name to English Configuration Parameters.

I have now dropped 'English' from the name.

Yes.  I must have changed the Config.xml "Skin Name" parameter value in a local skin folder.  I don't remember why, but that's another story.
