According to our records, your request never reached our server... probably because of a firewall preventing GenoPro from sending a request for a registration key.

Feel free to use the following key XAK-BPL-ALL-MFH-TMP which is valid for 6 months.

I'm getting the same error code and can't get my free registration code. When I copy and paste the address into server it says there is a certificate error-Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.

Are you running a filewall on the machine or on the network? GenoPro use a standard SSL certificate that is valid. Do you extra information about the error itself?
