Since purchasing and registering GenoPro, we have changed our email address. I have looked all over the site but can't find where to advise my new email address.

Also, I am not sure if it is needed, but I do not have my registration number. Is this necessary?

There are many ways to update your email address.

a) if your remember your GenoPro account password for this forum (or if your old email is still valid), you may add an email address to your account at http://collaboration.genopro.com/

b) Use the the Account Recovery from the Registration Wizard.  The Registration Wizard appears automatically when you start GenoPro, unless you have purchased GenoPro.  In this case, from the Help menu, select the menu item About.  Then click on the button I have lost my registration key, please resend it.  This will bring you to the Registration Wizard where you may update your email address.

Then, enter your old email address.

and your new email address.

I took a note to add a new menu item named Account Recovery / Update Email to the Help menu.  This way, it will be easier for existing customers to find out how to update their email address.

Hello LM,

I have logged on here as a guest using another email.

I would like to install the GPro I purchased a few years ago on my new computer.

The system recognises that my original email address exists in the database, but the requested forgotten password reminder never arrives.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Aub

Hello again LM.

I found my orginal 2007 emails (with password) and key.

Have downloaded and installed the program and it has accepted the key.

While I don't need it sent anymore, there does seem to be a glitch in the system not emailing out on the lost password function.

Regards

Aub
