I had an instruction booklet that told you how to use the program and came with an older version of GenoPro. Is there a way I can get one of those again?

I was not aware there was any instruction booklet with previous versions of GenoPro.  You may start at http://www.genopro.com/introduciton/ or with http://www.genopro.com/tutorials/videos/

You can download the help files from here. These could be printed into booklet format using a 'pdf printer', or your printer may already come with suitable software.
