Hi,

I am writing on behalf of Deborah Gorman-Smith (debgs@uchicago.edu).  She has tried twice in the past two weeks to sign up for the academic free trial, but she has not received an activation code (she has checked her junkmail).  Please advise.

According to our records, Deborah submitted her course syllabus on October 8, 2012.  She was approved.  She also requested an academic key.  Her key is 962-9X7-AMK-NEG-TMP and this key is expiring in 6 months (April 2013)
