Me again
Sometimes, as new
information
comes to me, I have to move people one by one to the left or to the right to make room. Can I select a number of people who are close together on the
Genogram
and move them all at once? Thanks in advance.

How you
can
select
and move
an
individual
,
you can
select
multiple people
or an entire
branch of the
tree
and move it
to the right or
left, up
or down
;
or select
all
tree
(Ctrl
+
A)
or
only a part, and
expand it
with
Ctrl
+
F9
(right-click
on one of the
selected objects
/
Inflate
tree)
;
or select
a
branch of the tree
and
move it to a
new
genomap
(right-click
on one of the
selected objects
/
Move to
GenoMap
/
<New
Genomap>
).
good
job

The display works like a normal Windows
graphic
program. Use the mouse to select a group of people by dragging a rectangle across the display. You can add extra individuals to the selection by using the mouse with the Ctrl or Shift key. More useful, as vlepore says, is to use the icons on the Navigation
toolbar
; select an individual and then click the appropriate icon to select ancestors, siblings or whatever. You can extend this selection by holding down Ctrl and selecting another icon
