As a college instructor, I read that I could give my class access to genopro for the semester.  That is how I originally signed up with you.  I never received (or I missed ) an email about the steps to take to give my class that access.  Any information would be appreciated.

I did this already including uploading a syllabus and never heard back from you with a key or access ability for my students.

I did this already including uploading a syllabus and never heard back from you with a key or access ability for my students.

According to our records, your academic syllabus was approved on Jan 15, 2013, however the email confirming you as a professor could not be sent because the server mx.usc.edu (128.125.253.79) could not be reached.

In any regards, just tell your students to enter your email address (tcreager) as the academic Referrer ID and every student in your class will receive a 180-day evaluation key.
