The easiest is to add a Text Label (L) and type whatever you want in it (occupation, education, birth date).  The benefit of using Text Labels is you have control on the text layout and position where you want to display the text next to the individual.

Hi, is it possible for Genopro to change the software to allow multiple tags/data levels to be displayed at the same time? If you have quite a few people in your genogram adding individual labels is going to be quite labour intensive.

The disadvantage of a text label is that it is not attached to the individual, so altering the position of a person leaves the label behind. You can of course select both together.
It is possible to display a bit more information by using the add-on skin, XmlToolkit. The basic kit has a limited number of options but can be modified, if you can edit Java

When I do a text label, I get a red line under the text and I can't make it go away. Does anyone know how to get rid of that? Also is there a way to italicize the text so it stands out from the person's name?

Never seen a red underline in a text label. You can not change the font, except size or colour, which will show a difference. You can also place a border round a label

This is related to a previous post of mine in the Feature Requests area, in which I asked about customizing the displayed fields and their order. What I'd love to see in a future version (assuming there will be one) is a pull-down menu of fields that are inserted into the "Full Name" and "Display Name" fields in the order selected, in the Options window so that they apply to all individuals in the genogram (editSmile ... because I really don't want to have to change all of those things individually.
