. How can I access my
genogram
from a year ago? Is it saved in the system?

According to our records, you have no
backups
on our server GenoPro.com
By default GenoPro saves the
family trees
(and genograms) into the "My Documents" folder. If you still have access to the computer you created your past projects, all your files should be there.
If you are having difficulties finding your
files, use the Find
Files (Menu -> File -> Find) which will
search
all your drives for any GenoPro document.
