It should be possible to use GenoPro's Report Generator to produce a
pedigree
file. Do you have a specification of the required .ped format?
Alternatively a sample .gno file and the equivalent manually produced .ped to serve as an example would useful.

Hi!
Our canine
genetics
group has a license for GenoPro2007 for
years
and we have been very happy with it. I would like to know if there is a possibility to export pedigree files as a linkage or some other format of typical .ped text files from GenoPro to other software, so we could run genetic marker analysis with pedigrees without having to manually construct the pedigree files from GenoPro files. If this is not available, could it possible to add this as an
option
?
