You don't need another license but our software is not working on Apple / Mac.

It could be an issue with windows. I managed to get the button working but the problem recurred. When this happened, button for modify and remove are dimmed.

I'd like to transfer to Apple (just purchased MacBook Air). Do I need to purchase another license or I can download using the existing password?

Every dialog open except the dialog to add a child?  Either you have a complex weird family or a temporary issue with windows (sometimes a reboot solve the problem).

If you want send your file to support @ genopro.com with a description of the problem.

Make sure you are testing on a file that is not on a read only device (cd-rom or locked usb key).

The dialogue box for add children doesn't appear when I click 'add' button in the family wizard
