Have you tried with another browser maybe? The error "the page cannot be displayed" is typically a blocked page

The download works fine but it's a ".exe" file and often network or computer prevent user to install new software. That's why it must be blocked either from the computer itself or from the network.
We have no reported issue beside you about download problem, I've just did a test myself and works perfectly. Just for fun... can you download a ".exe" file from Microsoft?

I am trying to download your GenoPro software for some testing, your website states it can be trailed for 14 days. When I click the download now link, I am getting the error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" - I have spoken to our IT department who have advised me that there is a problem with the website and all is fine our end. Can you look into for me and provide advice? We were keen to test your system as we feel it could be beneficial to the council
