Hi,
Is there a way to reshuffle the sequence of relationship events in a narrative report, something similar to the way the occupations are moved up or down in the Occupation Details paragraph? Here is an example:

1) JJM Emeric married TJ Sallony Dec. 29 1794. They divorced

2) JJM Emeric married Marguerite Roustan Feb. 18, 1802. Marguerite Roustan died

3) JJM Emeric had and recognized an illegitimate son Leon (mother officially unknown)

4) JJM Emeric had a long term relationship with MM Pitra during which 2 illegitimate sons were born

5) JJM Emeric eventually married MM Pitra and recognized the 2 illegitimate sons later on

I was quite pleased to be able to represent this interesting sentimental scenario in a way which looks quite comprehensive to me:

Running this genogram through the Narrative Report Generator, I obtain a report showing the following sequence:

Family 1)

Family 2)

Family 5)

Family 3)

Family 4)

How could I obtain a report with the events placed in their chronological sequence, with Family 5) placed last.

Thanks for help and suggestions. Kind regards

Roland

Haven't tested this on your data but try

Double click JJM Emeric to bring up Property dialog.
Click 'Family' tab
Click 'Change Mate Order' button
Click 'use the spouse order from the list below'
Select a spouse/mate to move and use buttons 'Move Before' and 'Move After'  to adjust relative position. Repeat as required.

I tested it: it works well. I am embarrassed to have asked a question with an obvious answer. I felt there should be a function like this one, but sure did not look in the right direction. One of these slow days...

Thank you for your reply and your patience. Kind regards

Roland
