To change ALL at the same time, Use Table Layout / Emotional Relationships then ensure Object Size column is present (if not right click on any column heading, choose Column Properties and check Object Size then Ok).  Right click on Column Size heading and choose Find & Replace.  Use this to replace current size with desired size, e.g. replace Medium with Tiny.
