Hi,

I am trying to create a 4 generation genogram, but the only choice that comes up is a 2 generation genogram.  The full genogram choice doesn't respond when I click on it.  Plus, many of the symbols are greyed out -- how do I activate them?  Thanks!

If you mean that you are using the Family Wizard, then this creates only two generations. If you want to use the wizard, then create the top two generations and then add the third and fourth as a new family. Then use the link as parent or child to join the families.
If this is not your problem, then post more details
