I want to display my wife's ancestors and not mine. I now have both input. How do I do that? I will want to print that out.

If you want a print out the easiest way is to move your wife's ancestors to another Genomap. Select her and choose Select Ancestor Tree (either use the menu icon or navigate through the right click options)
Having selected the ancestors move the cursor over the selection, so that the cursor changes from the arrow to a cross, and here right click and select 'Move To Genomap' and choose where they will go.
They are still linked by hyperlink
You can of course move your ancestors from the initial display instead
