Yesterday - 12-22-14, I purchased the Educational Site License.  I still have not received an email with the registration code as expected.  I did check junk mail and there is nothing there.  My email address did get registered because I was able to request a password reset to post this message.

Sorry for late reply,

We didn't got any sales for the email address you are currently using for the forum. Did you used another email? Or someone else purchased the key?

When your purchase GenoPro (any key) you always see the purchased key on screen and by email. Plus on the forum we see a little icons to know your a customer. Maybe the transaction didn't got completed? Do you have the date of the transaction?

The purchase was made on Dec 22nd.  When I did not see a confirmation page appear, I did attempt to resubmit the page and received a message indicating that "A duplicate transaction was detected".  This would seem to indicate that the original transaction was submitted.  Screen shot taken below if this will appear correctly here.

I had a computer crash and lost my key code Now that idiot computer keeps sending me a tmp key 6 times.

Not like in Dan Morins day ask and you received so all I have is 845-6XK-APB_PBT-TMP for 15 days.

If you bought your own copy of GenoPro then you have a personal key. As you do not show as a Customer on this forum you are logging in either with a new email address or password. If you can remember the ones used to purchase then you can find the key using the My Profile tab.
If you came in through the academic process you will need help from GenoPro, Who can also normally find old details of customers (given time)

I represent Tunxis Community College.  Yes, it was an educational license that I purchased.  I can't verify the charge on the credit card until the next billing cycle when I will receive the statement (mine is one card of many for the College account). So I can't tell if the charge went thru or not.  I did use the email address of rwahl@txcc.commnet.edu for the purchase, but you are telling me this doesn't show up as a customer.  Please advise as to the next steps I need to do to resolve this.  Thank you.
