I am very happy that Genopro is moving to new functions.

I opened an existing file (created with Genopro 2011) with Genpro 2016. This file is splitted in 9 genomaps. Only in the last 2 genomaps contextual toolbar is visble. The setting in tool menu is active.
When I made a new file, the contextual toolbar is working.

Is there any other adjustment that is different for each genomap or is there a problem with opening old files?

When the zoom is too small (less than 85%), the Contextual Toolbar is no longer visible.  Just spin the mouse wheel to zoom in and you will see re-appear.
