I have discovered that  Login Page in my skins is missing and I deed to download the one in my tree but can't with the FTP Client.
I use SmartFTP to work on my web site but don't know how to use this to update my trees on GenoPro or to download a file.
Please can you help

Try GenoProFtpClient.exe.
You can find this from a link on the Site Map - the last item on the green bar at the head of the home page

Try GenoProFtpClient.exe.
This is what I tried but I couldn't get it to drag and drop onto my computer

Hi, 
I have tried to upload several different self portraits of various sizes to my profile but all are rejected and I am invited to upload a valid photo?
Please could you tell me hat type of photo is required.
