I can reproduce this error by using the Tools/Convert Gedcom to HTML.. option. Personally I have never used or tested this option.
Hopefully if you first import your Gedcom file via File/ Import File.. and then generate HTML using Tools/ Generate Report and selecting the Narrative Report you will avoid this error. Meanwhile I will investigate further as to the cause. p.s. That is a massive gedcom file. I guess it is going to push GenoPro and the Report Generator to the limit!

If the current version of GenoPro little to manage files of more than 200,000 individuals
At least do you know another version which allows it, or to change the code in init.htm to exceed this limit?
I suspect in the code of the program a loop which blocks in the surroundings of 200,000

I do not think this is a file size issue. As I said I believe it is the way the report is produced as I can reproduce it using the Harry Potter sample.
Have you tried this approach:

Hopefully if you first import your Gedcom file via File/ Import File.. and then generate HTML using Tools/ Generate Report and selecting the Narrative Report you will avoid this error.
Yes, I always had errors by making Import File
But I circumvented the problem in Convert GEDCOM to HTML without passing by Import File and functioned 95% of time

Small question while passing.
Which is the maximum number individuals that GenoPro allows without causing error messages
And there is not really modification with the software to enable him to exceed the 200,000 individuals

I reiterate this problem is not due to the large number of individuals in your .ged file.
It is caused by use of the method 'Convert Gedcom to HTML' in conjunction with relatively recent changes to the Narrative Report script to allow for creation of PDF 'subset' reports where GenoMaps can be classified as 'Volumes'. The code incorrectly assumes that at least one GenoMap will be present, however the 'Convert Gedcom to HTML' method does not create any GenoMaps and hence the failure. I have produced a fix that involves updates to two files in the Narrative Report skin. I have attached these files to this post. Please download and replace the existing files with the same names in the Narrative Common\Code folder of your GenoPro Skins folder. These files will also be included in an amended skin in a forthcoming update to GenoPro 2016.

I started " GEDCOM to HTML " 3 hours ago
There are 9,000 treated page HTML out of 357,791
Then there remains a hundred hours to treat all the document
I use Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series like target disc and a I7-3930K 3.2Ghz like hardware
