I am using the program GenoPro since 2008, when ordered the program for me son. Now I would like to  switch from PC to Mac. So I as a registered user GenoPro 2016 (version 3.0.0.2) wont pre-order GenoProX for Mac. But your site does'nt allow me to pay with PayPal neither with VISA Electron(GenoProX Sponsor Family). What to do? Please, help me!

Since GenoPro 2016 does not work natively on a Mac we have disabled the purchase of GenoPro from a Mac browser.

According to our records you already have GenoPro 2016.  Do you wish to have your registration key resent?
